Get to know the people, purpose, and values behind Paywand Social and Cultural Network.
Rooted in community. Built on belonging.
Paywand Social and Cultural Network (PSCN) is a non-profit organization based in Scarborough, Toronto. Officially established in 2025 following several years of active community work, Paywand was created by community members who wanted to help newcomers — especially people from diverse cultural backgrounds — settle and feel at home in Canada.
We connect individuals and families with people, programs, and possibilities. Through education, wellbeing initiatives, and cultural exchange, we work toward a more welcoming and inclusive society.
